The price of foreign cars in Iran has increased

Two days after the attack by the Hamas militant group on Israel, Iranian media reported on the impact of this event on Iran’s economy and market, saying that after the rise in currency and gold prices, the prices of various cars have also increased.

In a report published on Monday, Eghtesad Online announced that the prices of imported Japanese cars have risen sharply, and one model of Lexus in the Iranian market has become 200 million tomans more expensive in one day.

The Etemad newspaper also reported that the prices of domestically manufactured cars increased between 2 to 15 million tomans on Monday, October 9.

On the other hand, the head of the Gold and Jewelry Union told the Khabar Online website that since Saturday, the price of gold coins in the Iranian market has increased by two and a half million tomans and has surpassed the 30 million toman mark.

Additionally, the dollar price in Iran’s free market, which had surpassed 52 thousand tomans on Sunday, reached over 53 thousand tomans around noon on Monday.
