The prosecutor of Kerman announced the sealing of a cafe-restaurant in the city of Kerman due to non-compliance with legal regulations and religious norms.
Following multiple violations by a cafe-restaurant in the city of Kerman during the holy month of Ramadan, which were published on social media, and after public demand for action on this matter, it was sealed by the order of the prosecutor of Kerman province and the follow-up by the deputy for public rights of the prosecutor’s office.
Mehdi Bakhshi stated today, on the 6th of Farvardin, that this cafe-restaurant is located in the Haft Bagh Alavi area of Kerman and had engaged in disruptive actions, which, in addition to offending public decency, caused public dissatisfaction. Besides sealing it, actions were taken to prosecute and arrest the offenders, including the manager of this center, according to regulations.
The prosecutor of Kerman emphasized the preservation of Islamic values and the observance of hijab and modesty during the holy month of Ramadan by all citizens and travelers, stating that citizens and travelers must respect this spiritual month and those who are fasting; otherwise, the judiciary will take action against such instances.
