The severity of the incident was not very high, as reported by the President’s executive assistant.

Today, the President was present in East Azerbaijan province from 8 a.m. and around 1 p.m. they were heading to Tabriz to inaugurate projects. At the same time, three helicopters took off. Around 1:30 p.m., the communication of the President’s helicopter with the other helicopters was cut off. These two helicopters tried for half an hour to search but were unsuccessful in finding anything. The severity of the incident was not very high. Two individuals in the President’s helicopter made calls, tasks were divided, and rescue teams were sent to the area.
