Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced in a message on the Truth Social network that the naval blockade of Iran, which he claims was imposed by the U.S. Navy, might be lifted.

Trump also called for the immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz for the free passage of ships without tolls and claimed that Iran must commit to never acquiring nuclear weapons.
