Trump: I canceled tonight’s attacks on Iran; the agreement is on the verge of finalization
Donald Trump, the President of the United States, claimed that due to progress in negotiations with Iran, he has ordered the cancellation of planned attacks on the country.
Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth Social that considering negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran have reached the highest level and have been approved, as the President of the United States, I have canceled the planned attacks and bombings against Iran for tonight.
He also claimed that the general framework and details of the discussed agreement have been approved by all involved parties, including the United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Egypt.
The President of the United States also emphasized that the naval blockade against Iran will continue fully and forcefully until the agreement is finalized.
Trump added that the time and place for signing the agreement will be announced soon.
These claims are being made while none of the mentioned countries or Iranian officials have officially confirmed such an agreement so far.
