Trump: I won’t let them drag America into war

In an interview with Time magazine about his first 100 days in office, conducted on April 22 at the White House, Donald Trump explained about negotiations with Iran and Israel’s role in regional tensions, saying no one can drag us into war. We will make an agreement.

In response to the question of whether he is willing to meet with the President or Leader of Iran, he said, ‘Yes, I am willing.’

Trump denied reports that he prevented Israel from attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities, saying, ‘That’s not true.’

I didn’t stop them, but I made the conditions very difficult for them because I think we can reach an agreement without attacking.

I hope we can.

There is a possibility that we might be forced to attack, because Iran must never obtain nuclear weapons.

But I would prefer an agreement to be reached rather than bombs being dropped.

In response to the question of whether he is concerned that Benjamin Netanyahu will drag him into war, he said, ‘No.’

He might go to war, but we will not get involved.
