The former President of the United States and Republican nominee for the 2024 election stated in an interview with Fox News that Iran had contacted him before the missile attack on the Ain al-Asad base, attacks that he claimed were unsuccessful.

Mr. Trump said that in his belief, Iran can acquire nuclear weapons within 60 days.

He emphasized that if Iran stops its efforts to obtain nuclear weapons, the whole story changes and different negotiations and agreements will take place between the two countries, turning Iran into a wealthy country once again.
