Trump will not pay money to Iran in the nuclear agreement

The US President announced that there will be no financial exchange within the framework of the agreement with Iran, while reports indicate that a plan involving the release of Iran’s assets is under review.

Donald Trump, President of the United States, emphasized in a message on the social media platform Truth Social that within the framework of a potential agreement with Iran, no money will be paid to Tehran.

He wrote that the United States will take back all the nuclear dust that our advanced bombers created, and no money will be exchanged in any form. This agreement does not include Lebanon in any way, but America will cooperate separately with Lebanon and will address the Hezbollah issue appropriately. Israel will no longer bomb Lebanon; America has prohibited them from doing so.

These statements come as the news website Axios reports, citing American officials, that Washington and Tehran are considering a three-page plan to end the war. According to this report, one of the clauses under discussion in this plan is the release of $20 billion of Iran’s blocked assets in exchange for the delivery of enriched uranium reserves.
