Ukraine and Saudi Arabia signed an air defense agreement

Ukraine and Saudi Arabia have signed an agreement for cooperation that allows Kyiv to share its experience in countering Iranian Shahed drone attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a trip to Saudi Arabia on Thursday with the aim of garnering support for Kyiv, amidst reports that the United States is considering shifting part of its military resources to the Middle East due to rising tensions with Iran.

The Ukrainian leader had announced that he expected to have important meetings during this trip, especially since Kyiv had offered to share its expertise in air defense and drone technology with regional countries affected by Iranian attacks.
