Ulyanov says the West ignores nuclear security principles regarding Iran
Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, accused Western countries of selectively dealing with nuclear security principles.
He said the West raises these principles in the case of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, but according to him, ignores the damages inflicted on Iran following attacks by the US and Israel.
