The spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General says it’s the first time I’m hearing about Iran’s snapback mechanism.

On Tuesday, July 14, one of the journalists present at the press briefing with Stéphane Dujarric, the spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, referred to reports about a possible request from Germany to the Security Council to activate the snapback mechanism and reimpose all sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
