The Washington Post reports that in an Israeli attack on Iran, at least 17 buildings in the Evin compound were damaged.

On Sunday, The Washington Post published a report stating that satellite image analysis following Israel’s airstrike on Evin Prison on June 23rd shows that at least 17 buildings in the prison compound have been damaged or destroyed.

The Washington Post’s examination of high-resolution satellite images captured by Maxar Technologies indicates that at least 17 buildings in the prison compound have been damaged or completely destroyed.

Satellite imagery analysts suggest that the distribution of damaged areas likely indicates multiple separate attacks.

The Israeli military has declined to comment on The Washington Post’s findings or respond to questions regarding the potential targets of these attacks.

Sean O’Connor, an imagery analyst at Janes Defense Intelligence, stated that considering the damaged locations, it seems at least four separate munitions were used.

William Goodhind, a geospatial analyst, also told The Washington Post that the images show at least six impact points.
