Who is not allowing Mr. Qalibaf
Mr. Qalibaf has said that for two years we have approved the import of second-hand cars. Why do they not allow cars to be imported? Until now, we thought that not allowing was something specific to presidents, especially reformists. But when the Speaker of the Parliament, and such a Speaker, says they are not allowing, what should be said?
The head of the judiciary, although he does not explicitly say such a thing, criticizes the judicial system so much that it seems he is opposed to many of the events happening in that field. But there are people or intentions preventing the realization of all his opinions. The fact that all the big figures in this country are part of the opposition and critics of the current situation is not a very bad thing. But constantly blaming the non-fulfillment of tasks on some imaginary person or persons is very bad.
In fact, causing public confusion is exactly what these dignitaries are doing, and if there was fairness, they should be brought to trial for this single accusation. This way of speaking seems to be one of two things: either it is some kind of political bargaining that has nothing to do with the people, or it is truly what the dignitaries are saying.
If it is political bargaining and politicians are threatening each other in their own language, it is really a silly and tasteless game that results in nothing but sowing seeds of despair and hopelessness in the hearts of weary and fed-up people. Moreover, no one believes that these threats are for the sake of the people. For eight whole years, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad spoke of an imaginary list he had in his pocket and said if they did not listen to him, he would disgrace them publicly.
Where is that alleged list? Even when he wanted to seriously expose and disgrace the Speaker of the Parliament, he mostly discredited himself. Others who claimed to tell the truth and constantly threatened their rivals and enemies that if they did not do this or that, they would tell the people who is preventing services to them, were braggarts and never carried out their threats.
In the second case, if such a thing is true, the situation is much worse. In a land where the power of Hassan Rouhani, Baqer Qalibaf, and Mohseni-Eje’i cannot reach those preventing services to the people, and they cannot even mention their names, what does politics mean at all? Why should one participate in elections in such a society? Do these words implicitly and explicitly mean complete political blockage?
Did none of these dignitaries know the power structure in this land before taking on responsibility? If they did not know, what were they doing in this structure all these years? If they have recently realized, why don’t they give up power and pursue something else? At least hand over this position to bolder people, those who at least in such cases will mention the names of those who are obstacles in their way.
At worst, like Colombia, Chile, and Venezuela, the mafia gangs of wealth and power will go after them and give them a cinematic ending. What greater happiness than this? By God, I am not joking, but when the Speaker of the Parliament, who seems to be one of the most powerful political figures in the country and wherever there is an unsolvable knot, it is untied with his effort, says some people are not allowing, one gets scared. What kind of land is this? Who are they? Do they really exist?
It is unlikely to be the government. The government in this land is not feared; anyone with power can hit it. The security forces do not fit such accusations. Even if they did, they are all Mr. Qalibaf’s close friends. The judiciary has nothing to do with second-hand cars. Moreover, Mr. Eje’i these days is among the pioneers of criticizing the current situation, and it is unlikely that if such a violation were in his field, he would not deal with it.
So who are the opponents so powerful that for two years they have blocked the import of second-hand cars? Don’t you think such insinuations are against national unity and interests, especially in such a situation where the country needs unity and solidarity more than ever? Do journalists understand these simple and obvious points, and is the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly unable to comprehend them?
