Why are the voices of Kharazmi shareholders not being heard?
The lack of financial transparency and various ambiguities in contracts, tenders, and the performance of subsidiaries of Kharazmi Investment Company have led to shareholder protests. However, their voices have not been heard by the authorities, which has intensified dissatisfaction among shareholders and even the managers and staff of Kharazmi.
Saeed Savadkoohi, who reached the position of CEO of Kharazmi through a lobbying session, has a history of causing dissatisfaction and mismanagement at Opal Kani Pars Mineral Processing Holding, Parsian Tadbir Refinery, Jam Polypropylene Petrochemical Company, and the Special Cooperative of Iran Khodro Employees. Yet, the managers appointed him without considering his record of mismanagement.
One of Savadkoohi’s initiatives to strengthen lobbying and economic gatherings is the use of influential individuals’ children in advisory positions alongside himself.
In the coming days, we will precisely address some contracts, tenders, exemptions, and purchases of this company and its subsidiaries in response to shareholder demands.
