The companies Shatel, Irancell, and Mobinnet have stated in separate letters to the Ministry of Communications that their revenues have decreased due to increased filtering.

These letters have recently been released by a hacker group known as ZZA, and so far, the CEO of Shatel has confirmed the authenticity of the letter related to his company.
