Yaser Rahmani, a general practitioner, was arrested

Dr. Yaser Rahmani, a 34-year-old general practitioner and former student activist from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, who was suspended and exiled due to his student activities, was providing medical services to the public in Khorramabad.

Dr. Rahmani, who was offering free medical services to low-income citizens, had traveled to Mahabad to help compatriots affected by the protests when he was arrested by the Intelligence Agency and transferred to an unknown location.
