Zelensky dismissed Ukraine’s top military commander

The President of Ukraine removed Major General Eduard Mykhailovych Moskalyov, the commander of the Joint Staff of the country’s army, from his position. Zelensky did not provide an explanation for Moskalyov’s dismissal.

Zelensky had previously dismissed two Ukrainian officials on charges of treason against the country.
