The desert head of the Ministry of Education is working on curriculum reform

The interim Minister of Education is working on curriculum reform.

Reza Morad Sahraei stated on the sidelines of today’s government meeting, in the presence of journalists, that the most important directive we have today in education is to design a roadmap for the fundamental transformation document. We will also pay attention to yesterday’s statements by the Supreme Leader, including why students should study for 12 years without learning any skills. We will definitely pursue this.

He added that the subject of curriculum reform focuses on reducing time in the theoretical and academic education sector and increasing time in the practical and skill-based sector. A directive has been given to the Secretary of the Transformation Headquarters to immediately form a working group to design the roadmap and clarify the indicators.

The interim Minister of Education also gave a directive to follow up on the mechanism for reviewing the fundamental transformation document.
