Mohsen Barahani, a lawyer for the police force, does not have the right to send text messages and summon individuals because of their hijab

Mohsen Borhani, a lawyer of the law enforcement forces, does not have the right to send text messages and summon individuals because of their hijab.

Mohsen Borhani, a member of the academic faculty of Tehran University and a judicial lawyer, wrote in a tweet that the law enforcement forces have no right to send text messages, provide guidance, summon individuals, seize vehicles, or compel people to attend remedial classes.

All of these actions are illegal and innovations, and they violate citizens’ rights.

If a nation is not familiar with its rights, it becomes a laboratory mouse for experimental actions.
