506 people have been killed in the protests so far
The news agency of human rights activists in Iran announced that from September 17, coinciding with the start of the protests, until December 20, 506 protesters have lost their lives due to the violence of security forces.
According to the report by HRANA, during this period, 69 children or teenagers under 18 have died in protests across 161 cities.
Based on this, 18,457 people have also been arrested for participating in or supporting the people’s protests, with the identities of 4,003 of them having been identified.
