65 Iranian Nationals Departed from Sudan

65 Iranian nationals were evacuated from Sudan

Nasser Kanaani, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs seriously prioritized the evacuation of 65 Iranian nationals residing in this country. The safe transfer of our citizens from Khartoum to Port Sudan, followed by their evacuation and dispatch to Jeddah, was carried out.

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the necessary arrangements for transferring this group of compatriots from Saudi Arabia to our country have also been made. He noted that the effective cooperation of Saudi Arabia and the assistance of the Sudanese government were helpful in this process, which deserves appreciation and thanks.

Kanaani emphasized in conclusion that pursuing and addressing the condition and well-being of Iranians abroad is one of the important duties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
