81 Percent of Persepolis Club Shares to Be Transferred

81% of Persepolis Club’s shares will be transferred

81% of Persepolis Club’s shares will soon be transferred. Previously, it was planned to transfer 51% of the club’s shares, but Iranian news agencies have announced that this did not happen due to the lack of buyers.

According to Borna News Agency, 81% of the shares of both Persepolis and Esteghlal clubs must be offered for the Asian Football Confederation to approve the transfer of these two clubs.

According to reports, on Saturday, April 14th, 81% of Persepolis Club’s shares are set to be advertised to take the initial step towards their transfer.

It is said that five banks are supposed to purchase this 81%. One of the banks will likely acquire the majority of the shares, possibly 46%, and the remaining 35% will be divided among the other banks to complete the transfer of Persepolis Club.
