A large number of employees of Digikala have left the country.

Homayoun Noshetam, this year, announced that 25% of our employees have migrated. Yasaman Parishan, the senior HR manager of Digikala, stated this news.

Yasaman Parishan said regarding this matter, Digikala organization is currently dealing with approximately six thousand workforce and about one thousand seven hundred permanent staff who are very much involved in the issue of migration. If we were to talk about the role of human resources in retaining members of organizations, I must mention that with the departure of each person from the organization, it costs about 30% more than their annual expenses to replace them.
