A member of parliament suggests we should establish an internal FATF
Masoud Pezeshkian, the representative of the people of Tabriz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stated that by connecting these elements—national ID data, postal codes, cadastre, and Article 169 of the repeated tax law—the Islamic Republic can prevent bribery, smuggling, land grabbing, and providing false information to the tax organization, which will lead to transparency.
In a situation where money from ships and oil disappears in our country without any reason, if we desire to fight corruption, rent-seeking, and achieve transparency, we must establish an internal FATF.
