According to this source, the oil refinery located in the city of Ryazan, 200 kilometers southeast of Moscow, was damaged by this drone attack

Meanwhile, local officials announced that in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Odessa, at least three people were killed and three others were injured
