Abbas Araqchi is going to China on Friday

Ismail Baghaei, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic, announced on Thursday, December 27th, that Abbas Araqchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, is set to travel to Beijing, the capital of China, on Friday following an official invitation from Wang Yi, the Chinese Foreign Minister.

Baghaei stated that this is the first official visit of the Foreign Minister of the fourteenth government to this country, and in addition to exchanging views on bilateral relations and the implementation process of the comprehensive cooperation program, discussions and consultations are also planned regarding regional and international developments.
