Adel Ferdowsipour met with Ehsan Pirbarnash
Ehsan Pirbarnash, a sports journalist who had been arrested during the recent protests, was finally released from prison last week
Last night, Adel Ferdowsipour, along with several other journalists including Farshad Abbasi, a well-known sports photographer, visited Pirbarnash at his home and met with him
Farshad, during the same visit, posted an interesting note on his social media page saying, ‘Tonight we went to visit Ehsan and see how he’s doing, but as luck would have it, the Liverpool-Newcastle game started. We watched the game, got up, and went home, forgetting why we had come in the first place.’
