Air raid alert issued in Ukraine
An air alert has been issued in Ukraine, and local officials report a missile attack threat to Kyiv.
Andriy Yermak, head of the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has urged citizens to take care of themselves in areas where there is a risk of conflict and air attacks, in a message on his Telegram channel.
The air raid warning was issued early this morning local time in Ukraine.
Russia has been militarily invading Ukraine for more than a year.
