Al Arabiya claimed that the final draft of the agreement between Iran and the USA, which is supposed to lead to the cessation of war on all fronts, will be drafted in the coming hours.
According to Al Arabiya’s claim, the provisions of this agreement include the following:
1. The complete, immediate, and unconditional cessation of hostilities on all fronts: land, sea, and air.
2. Commitment by both parties not to target each other’s military, civilian, and economic facilities.
3. The cessation of all military operations, provocative actions, and media warfare.
4. Respect for the sovereignty of countries, territorial integrity, and non-interference in internal affairs.
5. Guarantee of freedom of navigation in the Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, and the Sea of Oman.
6. Formation of a joint committee to monitor the implementation of the agreement and resolve disputes.
7. Initiation of negotiations on unresolved issues within a maximum of seven days.
8. Gradual lifting of US sanctions against Iran in exchange for Tehran’s adherence to the provisions of the agreement.
9. Emphasis by both parties that the agreement is conducted within the framework of international law and the United Nations Charter.
According to this report, the agreement will be binding from the time it is officially announced by both parties.
