Alamolhoda: Being without a hijab means standing against the honor of the Prophet
The Friday prayer leader of Mashhad, referring to the fact that some consider fining individuals without hijabs as being in conflict with Articles 19 and 20 of the Constitution, said that someone without a hijab is not deprived of social rights because they have violated religion, but because they have broken the law. Therefore, fining those without hijabs does not conflict with the principles of the Constitution.
Some individuals who consider themselves legal experts have said that according to Articles 19 and 20 of the Constitution, all citizens are equal in their use of social rights, and punishing those without hijabs is against the Constitution. Those who say this have only studied law and do not have a proper understanding of it.
Alamolhoda stated that flaunting sin and displaying immorality is an affront to the honor and strength of the Prophet, adding that if a woman removes her hijab at home in front of non-relatives, although she will be punished by God, her action is not an affront to the honor of the Prophet. However, if she appears in public without a hijab, her action is considered standing against the honor of the Prophet. Girls who feel courageous by removing their hijabs should pay attention to this matter.
