Alamolhoda’s reaction to the disclosure about Goharshad endowments was a legitimate right
The recent revelation by a political activist close to the conservatives, regarding the transfer of one of the largest endowments in Khorasan province to Ahmad Alamolhoda, prompted a response from the Friday prayer leader of Mashhad.
An Instagram account attributed to Ahmad Alamolhoda claimed that according to the endowment document, the custodian of the Goharshad endowments must be one of the righteous Sayyids of Mashhad, and this position has been confirmed for him by legal authorities.
This response, citing a letter from the General Directorate of Endowments of Khorasan to prove the qualifications of the Friday prayer leader of Mashhad, considered the use of the term ‘transfer’ regarding the Goharshad endowments to Ahmad Alamolhoda to be incorrect.
Previously, on July 10th, Vahid Ashtari, known as a justice-seeking conservative, revealed in a new disclosure that over a thousand hectares of land in Mashhad and 5,700 documented properties in Chenaran, Khorasan province, were transferred to Ahmad Alamolhoda six years ago.
The term ‘property’ refers to land and estates given to someone for lifelong utilization, and in legal terms, it refers to immovable assets.
