Another protester at risk of execution

One of the lesser-known mentioned protesters who is facing execution is Pouria Javaheri, a worker from Kamyaran.

He has been sentenced to death on charges of killing a guard, while his father, in a video he shared, says that 50 people have been martyred on the day of Pouria’s alleged crime, and that Pouria was not even in Kamyaran but in his hometown.

Human rights sources have reported that Pouria Javaheri was severely tortured during his detention, to the extent that his teeth and hands were broken, and under this torture, he confessed to killing a guard.
