Another Stability Advocate at the Oil Table

Another Hardliner at the Oil Table

Mohammad Soleimani, a hardliner with a history of securing lucrative projects, whose record of corruption can be traced through the Codal process under the symbol ‘Vonaft’, was the first person dismissed from the Oil Pension Fund in the current government. Now, however, with the support of Khuzestan representatives, particularly Kaab Amir, he is on the verge of being appointed to a crucial position in the supply of oil equipment for a publicly traded holding in Iran’s oil equipment industry. This could create a special monopoly for the oil minister and his partners in this profitable and corruption-prone haven. One wing of this mafia is Saeed Sadegh, another member of the hardliner front and a friend in the oil sales trusts, and the other wing is Mohammad Soleimani, the hardliner, and Kaab Amir in supplying equipment for the entire oil industry.

A noteworthy point is this individual’s background, which includes only minimal experience in public relations and lacks any resume as a CEO. However, by building a network and establishing connections with representatives, he quickly advanced from the position of public relations manager to CEO.

During his tenure as CEO of the Oil Investment Company, Mohammad Soleimani, contrary to all administrative and employment regulations, increased the salaries and benefits of himself and his managers by 105%, allowing him and his numerous advisors to greatly benefit from this bountiful table. Now, Mehdi Abouri, the CEO of the Oil Investment Holding, intends to appoint this individual with such a background to the Oil Equipment Industries Holding, potentially driving this large organization to the brink of destruction.

Habib Dibachi is a close friend of Soleimani, whose own appointment is highly questionable to the extent that he has never received financial or stock market endorsement. However, due to his financial support of Soleimani, efforts are being made to return him to the oil equipment industries to ensure the corruption ring is fully coordinated. The collaboration between Soleimani and Dibachi was such that they blocked letters from higher authorities. Despite all the sensitivities of the oil industry, there is no sign of oversight or legal action.
