Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister, during his visit to the Water Supply Management and Monitoring Center in Mashhad, mentioned the ongoing droughts in Southwest Asia and said this crisis can turn into a basis for cooperation with neighboring countries.

During this visit, a report was presented on the actions taken to supply and manage water consumption in Mashhad under drought conditions.

Araghchi said with proper management of water supply and consumption, the challenge of water scarcity can be used as an opportunity to expand regional cooperation.
