An official from the Islamic Republic told Press TV that Washington is preparing for war, not peace

In this case, instead of negotiating, we should prepare for conflict

The foreign ministers of the three European powers, along with the EU’s foreign policy chief, spoke with Abbas Araqchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, for the first time since the 12-day war

On Friday, July 17th, Araqchi confirmed this conversation and emphasized that Tehran will only resume nuclear talks with Europe if the European side is ready for a fair, balanced, and mutually beneficial nuclear agreement
