Araqchi’s congratulatory message to Mohsen Rezaei following his appointment as Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council

Abbas Araqchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, congratulated Mohsen Rezaei on his appointment as Secretary and representative of the Leader of the Islamic Republic in the Supreme National Security Council in a message.

Araqchi emphasized that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in close coordination with the Supreme National Security Council, will utilize all the country’s diplomatic capacities to advance national interests, strengthen authority, and ensure sustainable security.

He also described Rezaei’s defensive, security, and managerial background as a valuable asset for his new responsibility in the current conditions of the country.
