Armenia sends humanitarian aid to Turkey

Armenia has sent a convoy of humanitarian aid trucks to the earthquake victims in Turkey.

Armenian officials say this is the first time since 1993 that the land border between Armenia and Turkey has been crossed.

Serdar Kilic, a Turkish diplomat, shared images of the Armenian truck convoy and thanked them for the aid.

Historically, relations between the two countries have not been warm. Turkey’s support for Azerbaijan in the Karabakh war has also not been positive for Yerevan.
