Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, announced at a press conference on Saturday, August 31, 2024, that after sufficient progress was confirmed on key issues discussed in recent bilateral negotiations, his government has officially proposed to Azerbaijan the signing of a peace treaty.
