Arrest of Baloch Cleric by IRGC Intelligence
Local media in Sistan and Baluchestan reported that IRGC intelligence forces have arrested a Baloch cleric named Moulavi Bismillah Khogiani, the imam of Sediqi Mosque in Karimabad, Zahedan.
According to Resanak and Halwash, on the evening of February 16, 2023, Moulavi Bismillah Khogiani was arrested by IRGC intelligence agents in a white Samand car on his way home from the mosque.
Reports have stated that in recent days, several clerics and teachers from Makki Mosque in Zahedan have also been arrested by security forces.
