Atila Hejazi Became Esteghlal's Supervisor

Atila Hejazi became the supervisor of Esteghlal.

Atila Hejazi, former player of Esteghlal and son of Nasser Hejazi, one of the club’s legends, has been appointed as the new supervisor of the Blues.

In the second half of the 90s, he wore the Esteghlal jersey and was also an assistant coach for the team for some time.

Atila has also played for Zob Ahan, Esteghlal Rasht, Saba Battery, and Machine Sazi Tabriz.

After Ali Khatir was dismissed from the CEO position of Esteghlal, Farshid Samiei, the new manager of the club, replaced him with Hejazi to take charge of the league leader in the final five weeks.

Hejazi is the third supervisor of Esteghlal in the current season. Ali Samereh, a former striker of the club, left at the end of the first half of the season due to arising disagreements. Nasrollah Khajegiri was the next supervisor who was replaced by Atila Hejazi.
