American officers receiving salaries from Saudi Arabia were exposed
More than four thousand pages of official government documents, which were provided to journalists under the law known as the Freedom of Information Act, reveal the collaboration of a significant number of retired and non-retired American generals with the Saudis as salaried advisors. A report published by the Washington Post on this matter has exposed notable names in this intriguing list, with General Jones, a prominent advisor to Barack Obama, being one of them. The report highlights a shocking reality: more than five hundred prominent retired American generals have been employed by governments such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey, and even Libya since 2016.
