Regarding the filtering of a regular website, the Committee for Determining Criminal Content, which has 14 members, makes the decision. What I feel responsible for is strengthening domestic platforms to provide business tools, regardless of what happens, so that ultimately people can choose. And if Instagram is unblocked, people will know that there is also a domestic platform with government support and features that the foreign platform does not have.
