Sanan Ghazali was sentenced to eight months in prison

Saman Ghazali, a journalist and environmental activist from Mahabad, was sentenced to eight months in prison and a one-year ban from journalism by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court of Mahabad.

On Sunday, September 25th of this year, Saman Ghazali was arrested by security forces in Mahabad after being summoned to the Intelligence Office, and was then transferred to Mahabad prison.
