16-year-old girl killed by her uncle and father
Hadi Afrasiabi, the police commander of Khomein County, reported the killing of a 16-year-old girl by her uncle and father.
In an interview with ISNA, he stated that this teenage girl was beaten by her father and uncle to the point of losing consciousness and later died in the hospital due to
cardiac arrest.
According to Mr. Afrasiabi, the girl’s mother discovered that her daughter was in contact with a man on social media and, upon realizing that she intended to run away from home, she informed her father and uncle.
Mr. Afrasiabi said that after learning of this, they immediately came home and after an argument with their daughter, they assaulted her to the extent that she lost consciousness and was transferred to the hospital after emergency services were called.
According to the Khomein police commander, the girl’s father and uncle have been arrested and a case has been filed against them.
