The Statistical Center of Iran: The average price of a house in Tehran is 50 million Tomans per square meter

The Statistical Center of Iran states that the average price of a house in Tehran is 50 million Tomans per square meter.

The Statistical Center of Iran announced that the average price per square meter of a residential unit in Tehran reached 504 million Tomans in December.

In December of this year, District 1, with a weighted average price of 107 million Tomans, had the highest price, and District 18, with a weighted average price of 25 million Tomans, had the lowest price among the 22 districts of Tehran.

The monthly inflation rate for the prices of residential apartments in Tehran was 41 percent. The monthly inflation rate for December decreased by 5.09 percentage points compared to the same figure in the previous month.
