Monthly migration of 200 nurses from the country
The Secretary-General of the Nurses’ House stated that annually, between 2500 to 3000 nurses migrate from the country. In other words, approximately 200 nurses leave the country each month. Nurses’ salaries in other countries range from $4,000 to $8,000. In our country, the minimum and maximum salaries for nurses are between 6 to 12 million Tomans, which is equivalent to a maximum of $300 per month. The Secretary-General mentioned that the destination countries for nurse migration are Germany, the United States, Australia, and Canada.
