Basij bases were exempted from water, electricity, and gas bills.

Rahim Zare, the spokesperson of the Joint Commission, said that according to the commission’s resolution, all ranks of the Basij Mostazafan, Basij bases and domains, police stations, precincts, and Sacred Defense museums are exempt from paying the subscription fees for electricity, gas, water, sewage, telephone, municipal taxes, meters, and all government services and taxes.

The cost of dispute resolution council proceedings in financial cases has increased to the equivalent of 80% of the litigation costs in these cases in the courts.
