The third trial session of the perpetrators of the attack on Shahcheragh was held.
Mizan News Agency, affiliated with the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, reports that the third court session of the perpetrators of the attack on Shahcheragh Shrine in Shiraz was held in the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city, presided over by Judge Mohammad Sadati.
According to this report, the representative of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in this session explained the communications between the second to fifth defendants and the main perpetrator of the assassination, who was killed in the Shahcheragh Shrine incident, as well as Mohammad Ramez Rashidi, the first defendant in the case, and defended the request for punishment from the court for the other defendants in the case.
Mizan News Agency states that Mohammad Ramez Rashidi, the first defendant, defended himself by stating that he received military training in Jowzjan province, Afghanistan.
