The Prime Minister of Iraq is heading to Egypt

The official Iraqi news agency announced that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani is heading to the Arab Republic of Egypt today, Monday.

According to a statement from the Iraqi Prime Minister’s Office, al-Sudani left Baghdad as part of an official visit to Cairo. Egyptian media also described the visit of the Iraqi Prime Minister as a step towards strengthening bilateral relations. Al-Sudani is leading a high-level delegation of ministers on this trip to Egypt.
