The head coach of the Iranian national football team attended the ceremony of the national under-17 football team’s qualification for the World Cup.
Ghalenavi said, ‘In the past 15 years, I have said that Iranians should believe in themselves. Examples of this are Vahid Hashemian and Hossein Abedi. If the conditions were favorable and there were good relationships, 90% of our coaches would be coaching in Europe.’
The qualification of Yahya Golmohammadi to the Asia final is not an easy task. The presence of Taremi in Porto, Jahanbakhsh in Feyenoord, and the trial in Rome are the results of these coaches. I request that you support the youth and hopeful teams from now on. Nobody knows the conditions we have gone through with the U-23 team, but one day I will tell their story. I thank the coaching staff and management of the youth team once for qualifying for the World Cup and once for their support.
Supporting the base teams is their duty. We should act like Japan, which has two teams.
